ImageCraft Products FAQ-O-Matic : What do I do for special order instructions (e.g. electronic licensing, upgrades, special shipper...etc.)?
	When you use our web server for purchases, it does not charge you imedidately. So if you have any special requests (e.g. electronic licensing, student 6 month version, special instructions etc.), you can put them down at the "SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTION" box at the end of the checkout process. The server will send you an "invoice" based on your purchases. This does not reflect the actual charges, only what you enter. When we process the order later, we will create a correct invoice and either ship it with the item(s), or send you an electronic copy. richard@imagecraft.com, kristil@imagecraft.com
