How to ask a tech-support question
For maximum efficiency we generally prefer it if questions are submitted in email to our support address. [support@imagecraft.com] -Technical support via phone is costly and is less efficient.


If you include the following information in your initial email it will speed up the process of answering your question.

 1) Name and version number of Compiler (see Help-> About)
 2) Operating System
 3) Target Device
 4) Clear description of what you are trying to do
 5) Error messages, exactly as they appeared not paraphrased
    (you should be able to copy-N-paste the error message)
