Where is my order? -- When should I expect my order to arrive?

If you order online, you will receive an automated confirmation from the shopping cart. This is not a guarantee that your order has been processed. All orders are processed by our sales/shipping department.

In general, all orders will go out either same day or next shipping day. If shipping address is in the US, then it should generally arrive within 5 business days of being ordered.
