Phone Calls -- preferred message format and administrivia
If you leave a message on our machine, please use the following format:
  phone number
  name
  brief message
  phone number  (yes, again.  This is important.)


If your message is urgent or you have not heard back from us by noon (west coast time) -- please email one of the following addresses or call again.

 info@imagecraft.com  or support@imagecraft.com  or license@imagecraft.com

Our answering machine will occasionally stop recording mid-message, particularly if there are pauses in the message. If you do not hear back from us, it is possible that the message was cut off.
