Technically a flawed picture with distracting characters on the back. To my defense, those are our kids also dressing as characters in the same Anime universe of Escaflowne. Karisu made the entire costume, including the armor pieces, the sword (out of foam core), the jacket etc. She also made the Escaflowne costumes wore by myself and our two kids. For her effort on these costumes, she won the Best Workmanship in the 2003 Anime Expo Masquerade.
