A minor upgrade, from the readme file:

V7.08C - Oct 29th 2008
   IDE
     - Library Build option was not activated for ADV/PRO versions under
       some conditions

   Linker
     - Fixed a random crash problem

   Dongle Driver
     - added Vista 64 dongle driver support
