[Icc-avr] Serial port already open

Wild guess..... You havent recently installed some cellphone software ?

I get this with my Sony Ericsson P800 software, if using USB serial 
ports.  When you plug in the USB serial port, the synchronisation 
software grabs the port.  This took 3 of us half a week to track down....

If h/w uart, have a look at BIOS.
